Welcome to Real Life Minimalism, where you learn how to live with less on your own terms. Just like you, I accumulated a great deal of possessions over the years. Eventually, my possessions really started stressing me out, and I realized that my material possessions owned me, not the other way around. Instead of simply throwing everything away and living like a monk, I have learned how to pare it down to the essentials that I love. It not only makes you breathe easier and have less stress, life is just simply BETTER this way. Using this technique, I was able to gain control of my daily routine, my clothes, meal prep, home office, and improve the quality of my life. This blog is here to help you do the same- incorporate minimalism into your life on YOUR terms so that you can live BETTER with LESS.

SEVEN STEPS TO ORGANIZING YOUR LIFE
Step 1: Examine Your Space
Examine your space and choose one area to tackle first. Which area is giving you the most stress? Is it your closet, kitchen, activities, or digital life?
Once you identify the area giving you stress, you will be clear on what steps to take to make it work for you so that you can breathe!
Step 2: Understand Yourself
Understand who you are and what is important to you. Download my free worksheet here. Once you identify your priorities, you will be able to create the environment you want to fit your lifestyle.
Step 3: Start the Process
Figure out what order you are going to go in. Download the free master checklist here.
Step 4: Build Your Foundation

Step 5: Develop Your Routine
Don’t panic- this is a routine that will work for you and your schedule. You won’t have to wake up at 3:00 am to do this! Now that you have created your own process, work that process into your routine so that you can keep it up.
Step 6: Track Your Progress
Evaluate how you are doing with your new routine. Where are you doing well? Where are you struggling? Identify the trouble areas and take these steps to get back on track!
Step 7: Value Yourself and Be Confident In Your Abilities
You are a unique person, and this is not a “one size fits all” solution. You are an awesome person and you deserve the very best- in a way that works for you, and on your own terms! Instead, I will help you create a plan that works for you. I am here for you, and I will answer your questions!
